Diary Entry - July 6th 1718

Voyaging to Tairawhiti 

The ocean waving to me while I sail the boat.

Birds swoop down across the dark blue ocean.

The sails swishing around in the wind.

The people voyaging on the waka persisting on the waka.

They carry vegetables, meat,coconuts,pumpkin,

kumara,potato and more but they didn’t have 

any of the stuff that we have today.

The 9 maori had to prepare for the long lasting trip. 

The waves crashed up against the waka.

The stars shine bright at night.

The stars twinkle.

In the day time the clouds give them a game to play a

nd the game is spot the picture.

They throw the fishing rod in to the water  to catch 

some kai for the night.

should children wear school uniforms

Should children wear school uniforms I certainly agree that children should wear school uniforms. 1.easy for public to recognize 2.kids get bullied for mufti clothes 3.good for sports events Initially if you were coming home from school and there was an accident that had happened in town somewhere and the community had spotted what had happened they would immediately know what to do or who to call because you were wearing your school uniform. Another point is if your school were to let you where whatever you want to school as in your school had no uniforms you have a possible chance of getting bullied of what you where because the school that you got o does not have uniforms to give you. Many believe that if you had gone out to an event with your fellow school members and you were not in a uniform because your school does not require it and your event involves you to run around and at the end of your long day your teacher or caregiver is trying to find you it would be a lot easier if you were wearing your uniform. This is why it thing that kids should wear uniforms and I hope I have changed your opinion.
